All the registered/interested participants are requested to check the website twice in a week or get in touch with the conference manager for further updates
Participants are requested to check email inbox and spam folder for email notifications
All cancellations/refunds must be sent in writing to the conference manager
All registered participants are eligible for refunds before 45 days of the conference after excluding the bank charges
All registered participants are not eligible for refunds within 45 days to the conference but eligible to transfer to the upcoming conferences
All registered participants are not eligible for refunds/transfer to next conference within 10 days to the conference
All registered participants are eligible to send his/her colleagues to present if the registered participant is unwilling to attend or due to uncertain conditions
Refunds must be credited into the original payment method
By attending/registering for the conference you hereby agree to the terms and conditions
The organization reserves the right to make changes to conference dates/venue/program or cancel the event at any time
If the event cancels/postpones, all the registered participants will be notified through email or other channels and make an appropriate decision
Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities
The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to things of participants during the conference
